Shipping policy

All orders are shipped to you directly from our warehouse within 1 working day. All standard 4 inch Funko Pops are sent in pop protectors.
All of our items are IN STOCK at the time of purchasing, meaning that you don't have to wait for it to be delivered to us before we can ship it out!
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering as we cannot guarantee that we are able to change this once your order has been processed, and once shipped, it's out of our hands. If you do notice a problem, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to amend this for you.

UK DELIVERY

We ship all UK deliveries using Evri. We offer standard 2-3 day delivery FREE on any order over £30. 
Although we do our best to ensure that your order arrives within the time frame you have selected, please allow up to 10 business days for standard UK delivery - this can be because of hold-ups within the courier services depending on the time of year, busy periods, bad weather etc.
If you would rather us ship with another courier, please feel free to get in touch with us using the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom of the page and we will do our best to accommodate!

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

Worldwide orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked postage which ensures safe delivery of your item and insurance in the unlikely event of damage/loss. The price for this service varies depending on the recipient location and the size/weight of the parcel. Shipping costs are calculated automatically on our checkout page but if you have any queries or discrepancies, please get in touch with us and we can give you a more accurate quote.
Most international parcels are expected to arrive within 5-7 working days, but please allow up to 14 working days before reporting your parcel as lost as hold-ups can sometimes occur if parcels get stopped at customs etc.
Please note that we do NOT include tax and import/customs/any additional fees in our prices on our website so you MAY get charged this on receipt of your order. Unfortunately this is not something we can avoid!
