Refund policy
RETURNS
Please contact us directly if you have a problem with your order and would like to initiate a return or refund. Once your return order has been received by us, it can take up to 5-7 working days to process your refund.
IF YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED/INCORRECT - We will refund you the cost of shipping it back to us. Please contact us directly and a member of our team can assist you with this.
IF YOU HAVE JUST CHANGED YOUR MIND - You will unfortunately be responsible for covering the cost of returning the item to us.
To be eligible for a refund/return, the following criteria must be met -
- Returns must be sent within 14 days of the original order date (for UK orders) or 30 days of the original order date (for International orders). If the order was delayed on it's way to you, we can be slightly flexible with these timings.
- Returned item(s) must arrive back to us in new, unused/undamaged condition in their original packaging with no new damage to the box or item. Please ensure they are packaged well and our returns slip is included inside of the parcel.
- Please use a courier/postage option WITH TRACKING. In the unfortunate event that your return gets lost in transit, we can not issue a refund without proof that it was sent back to us at the address below. Proof of postage is FREE, but you may lose out on the price of your item if it doesn't arrive back to us.
- If you request a replacement but this cannot be carried out due to stock levels, we will process a refund to the original payment method used to purchase your item.
Mystery Box items are NOT eligible for returns or refunds unless damaged beyond what is stated on the listing.
